How to track my order?

Please use the tracking number provided in the shipment confirmation email we sent to your email and track it using the sites below:

We process orders within 1-4 business days, the shipping will take 7-21 business days to arrive in most cases. 

If you have not received the order/shipment confirmation email, please check the spam folder first. If still could not find it, please contact us asap by email info@affinibloom.com. Or use the contact form below.

Do I have to have an account to order?

No, you can also place an order as a guest. But there are a few advantages to having an account with us:

  1. Fast checkout process
  2. You can easily see your order status and order history
  3. You will receive updates on new products and special offers

What should I do if I forgot my password?

On the login page, click “Forgot your password?” Then you will be redirected to a page where you can create a new password.

What if I entered the wrong email address?

Please contact us so that we can change your email address. We can change your email address, name and address. However, we cannot change orders that have already been placed.

Which payment methods are accepted?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) and PayPal payments. You can also pay by bank transfer.

How secure is my online order?

When you shop online with your credit card, all of your details are entered on a secure SSL website. Your information is then SSL encrypted and sent directly to our credit card provider’s network, where your card and transaction are authorized and approved. Your credit card information is not stored on our servers.

How can I change or cancel my order?

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to accept or reject the order or part thereof at any time after receipt of the order, even after the customer has received an order confirmation or after the credit card has been authorized. If the credit card is already authorized for purchase and the order is canceled, a credit will be issued to the original payment method.

Can I change my delivery address after ordering?

Please note that your delivery address cannot be changed after your order has been processed or shipped. Please use your home address for the delivery address instead of your work address, as we do not know how long it will take the customs department of the destination country to process the package.

When does my order arrive?

The delivery time depends on the shipping option you choose. Once the order is shipped, we will email your tracking information the next day as the tracking information is usually available within 72 hours of the order being shipped. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in the destination country.

What should I do if I see one or more items missing when I receive my order?

If anything is missing, please contact us immediately.

When will my order be processed?

All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse in Asia. Please understand that there may be additional waiting times during the holidays and sales season.

We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders are processed within 2-3 working days from the order date and dispatched the day after processing. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.

Please contact us if you still haven’t received a tracking confirmation 5 working days from the day you completed your payment.
